FLARES
Mute. The runt of the litter, saved by our main character, Elvina. Daughter of the Clone Geneticists. Being Blind and no profitable gene mutation.. the government issued a decommission order after seizing her mom and siblings. That is a nice way of saying either destroy her- or sterilize. Mutated animals have a hard time surviving birth.. We suspect her mom would die on the way to the Training Base. Somehow, El convinced her family to let her raise the blind pup.
